RETURNS POLICY

Thanks for purchasing our products at www.charmeurwatches.com operated by Plutium Pty Ltd.

Charmeur watches are made of the highest quality in Switzerland and we want you to be very happy and completely satisfied with your purchase.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way with original packaging and unworn.

You must provide proof of purchase and return the product to our offices in Sydney.

To return a product, please contact us first by email. We will then advise you of the process, the Returned Merchandise Application (RMA Number) and the process. Products returned without first contacting us for an RMA Number will not be accepted as returns and no refund will be issued.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. All refunds are processed in Australian Dollars and we are not responsible for any shifts in currency exchange rates between purchase and refund (for international orders).

If the product or packaging is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

The return and all costs associated with the return of your order is your responsibility and we would highly recommend that you add insurance to your returned package.
